Aloo 65 or potato 65






Ingredients

  • potatoes - 4
  • Maida powder - 2 tsp
  • Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
  • Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Corn flour - 2 tsp
  • Black pepper powder - 1 tsp
  • Curry leaves - Few
  • Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
  • Ginger,Garlic powder - 1 1/2 tsp
  • Salt - to taste
  • Coriander leaves - for garnish
  • Oil for frying
  • Lemon juice - 1 tsp


Preparation:
  

First wash and boil aloo for 7 minutes(Half boil). After  peel and cut the potatoes into small pieces.Now add all ingredients into boiled aloo.


Method :


Heat kadai and add oil.When oil is hot add boiled allo and fry till become gold color and crisp. Finally garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve aloo 65  hot with tomato sauce or green chilli chutney.
